2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you enter: your name and phone number, and if you choose to give them, your email address, postcode, property type, the services you are interested in and a description of the job.
If you go ahead with work, we also keep the details needed to carry it out and get paid, such as your address, the work agreed, quotes, invoices and payment records.
3. How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you an estimate and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Our legal basis for using your details is your consent when you send the form, and that the information is needed to take steps you have asked for before entering a contract and to carry out that contract. We keep financial records because the law requires it.
4. Who handles it
To run this website and deliver your enquiry to us, we use a small number of service providers: Cloudflare, which hosts the website, and Resend, a secure email delivery service that sends your enquiry to our inbox. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law.
The website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when you view the site.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records for customers, such as quotes and invoices, are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting rules, then deleted.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not set any cookies of its own.
7. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how it is used, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email casey.jones4114@gmail.com or call 07444 753470.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
